We can offer size exchanges at excvtrbrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. We aim to answer enquiries within 24 hours. Please note that shipping costs may incur when exchanging items.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at excvtrbrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please do not attempt to return or exchange any items by post before emailing excvtrbrand@gmail.com.
This way, we can ensure that the correct shipping costs are refunded and that you receive the appropriate refund/exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition: if the item you return does not match its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the return.
